When there is a need for some midnight Nutella action… its kind of like the booty call of cakes. Zero commitment with a big ole cake but all the satisfaction in taste. Just fixes everything quickly and effortlessly.
Ingredients:
- 4 tbs all purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup Nutella
- 3 tbs milk of choice
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, vigorously whisk together the 4 ingredients until smooth. Transfer batter to ramekin. Place ramekin on a baking sheet.
Bake for 15-17 minutes. Let it cool slightly. Serve alone or with a nice scoop of ice cream.
Yields 1 serving.
