Instructions

- Place one piece of puff pastry on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spoon spinach mixture onto the puff pastry, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
- Place the other piece of puff pastry on top of the spinach mixture and crimp the edges to seal.
- Cut a few slits in the top of the pastry to allow steam to escape.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
