Autumn Corn Bake – Eat With Your Eyes

Ingredients: 2 pkt (10-oz) frozen corn, thawed, drained,1/4 cup Cornmeal,1 Egg, beaten,2 tablespoons Finely chopped green pepper,2 tablespoons Parkay margarine, melted,1 dsh Pepper,1/2 pound Velveeta pasteurized process cheese spread, cubed
Instructions:

  1. Combine ingredients; mix well. Spoon into 1-1/2-quart casserole; cover.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees, 45 minutes. 6 servings.
