This Cranberry Cheer Cocktail is a festive cocktail that’s so great for the holidays or any days. It’s a bright and flavorful drink with the perfect balance of tart and sweet.
Here it is, friends! A gin-based cocktail even your non-gin loving friends are sure to enjoy!
This super simple cocktail is perfectly balanced and can be made in a matter of minutes giving you more time to cheers and enjoy it with your loved ones! It’s made with muddled fresh rosemary and simple syrup. Shaken with fresh lemon juice, cranberry juice and gin and then garnished with fresh cranberries and a rosemary sprig. Fun, festive and most importantly, delicious!
It can be served up or over ice. We like to use these ice molds when we serve it over ice.
The recipe is for one cocktail but it could easily be made in batches to be served by the pitcher to a crowd. Party perfect!
If you’re planning a dinner party, I’m here to help! I recently shared this Cranberry Cheer Cocktail in the Winter Edition of IBB Home Magazine along with my Italian Salad Wreath with Creamy Italian Dressing and Tuscan Tortellini Soup recipe.
