HOW TO MAKE HONEY GARLIC BAKED PORK CHOPS
- We start with making the honey garlic sauce, first, by combining honey, soy sauce, garlic, sweet chili sauce, ketchup and seasonings.
- Next, we will pour that sauce over our chops, then heat up some oil in an oven safe frying pan.
- Add the chops to the pan and cook just until browned on both sides; about 2 minutes per side.
- Transfer the pork chops to a preheated oven and continue to cook for an additional 20 minutes, or until cooked through.
That sweet, gorgeous, saucy glaze – it makes my mouth water just by looking at it!
HONEY GARLIC PORK CHOPS ON THE GRILL
- Reserve two tablespoons of the honey garlic sauce for basting.
- Coat chops in the remaining honey garlic sauce mixture.
- Place chops on a greased grill over medium-high heat.
- Close the lid and cook, about 5 minutes per side, basting the pork chops 2 times while they cook.
Keep this meal on the healthier side by serving the baked pork chops with a zucchini stir fry or some cauliflower rice. My Instant Pot Loaded Mashed Cauliflower would also be grrrreat! ?
