This recipe is great for, well just about anything! Spread soft buttery garlic on a piece of French bread, toss it with a salad, or top off your. Roasted garlic is great for anything that you want to add a little extra flavor to.
Roasting garlic in the microwave saves so much time as compared to roasting it in the oven. The flavor you get from roasting garlic in the microwave as opposed to roasting in the oven is not asstrong, but I still enjoy the taste. Especially when I can roast it and slap it on a piece of crunchy toast or mix it in with hummus in just a couple of minutes.

How to Roast Garlic in the Microwave – Step by Step
- Cut the top (pointed end) off of the head of garlic so you can see the cloves
