- 2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, sliced into strips

- 1/4 cup pitted Kalamata olives
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cups mixed salad greens

- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Instructions:
