Just two simple ingredients is all it takes to make these nutritious and delicious energy bars that are so great for an on-the-go breakfast or afternoon snack!
I’m going to keep this post as quick and simple as the recipe itself. I seriously love an easy recipe that’s made with ingredients I always have on hand. These homemade Larabars taste just as great, if not greater, than the originals. They’re fresh and can be made on a craving’s notice.
Each time I make them, I’m reminded how silly it is for me to buy energy or granola bars when the homemade versions taste just as great and cost much less to make. I, of course, still buy and stock a variety of energy and granola bars, but we are always running out and thank goodness I know how to make them on a whim.
One bite in and you’ll be immediately convinced that making your own is the way to go. Chewy, crunchy, slightly sweet and tastes like you’re eating a candy bar.
They’re a great source of fiber, protein and potassium that will fill you up and make you feel great any time of day.
Enjoy!
xoxo,
