Seven Layers of Yum!

Sure, you can have a party without 7-Layer Dip. But the question is, why would you want to? Everyone loves this party favorite and it’s so darn easy to make! It’s quick enough to throw together for a last minute gathering with the neighbors and it’s filling enough that if you wanted to call it dinner, I wouldn’t judge. I would suggest pairing it with my easy Baked Tortilla Chips for extra deliciousness, though!

Once you build your refried bean base, the magic of a 7-layer dip is simple, fresh ingredients. Creamy cheese, crisp tomatoes and green onions, salty olives and of course, fresh guacamole and salsa. You can use pre-made guac from your grocery store or make it from scratch (my Best Blender Guacamole can be ready in a matter of minutes!). Same goes for salsa! Use your favorite grocery store brand or try my Easy Homemade Salsa – it’s super simple and fresh.
