Potato Chip Brownies – Eat With Your Eyes

Ingredients: 10 TB butter,1/3 cup egg whites,1 cup Cajun-flavored Potato Chips, crushed,1/4 tsp salt,1 1/4 cups sugar,3/4 cup plus 2 TB unsweetened cocoa powder,1/2 tsp vanilla extract,1/2 cup white flour
Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.In a bowl, combine the cocoa powder, salt, and flour.Melt the butter, and add it to the dry ingredients, along with the vanilla and egg whites.Stir until combined, then fold in the potato chips.
  2. Pour into a greased 88 Pyrex and bake for 20-25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center emerges slightly moist.
