Chilled melon summer soup – Eat With Your Eyes

Ingredients: 3 cups chopped melon, any kind you like,6 tsp greek or any yogurt,6 tsp lime juice or more to taste,3/4 tsp salt or more/less to taste,Black pepper to taste,Mint leaves for garnishing
Instructions:

  1. Throw melon pieces, yogurt, lime juice, salt and black pepper in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add little water if you want lighter consistency. Taste and adjust salt , black pepper and lime juice. Chill in fridge for 3-4 hours.
  3. Serve with mint leaves.
