Asian Chicken Salad – Eat With Your Eyes

Ingredients: 3 cups diced cooked chicken,1/4 cup toasted slivered almonds,1 cup pineapple tidbits,2 tablespoons sliced green onions,1 5 oz. can water chestnuts, drained,3/4 cup sour cream,1 teaspoon ground ginger,1/2 teaspoon salt,Dash pepper
Instructions:

  1. Combine and chill first 5 ingredients. Blend sour cream, ginger, salt and pepper; add to chicken mixture. Toss lightly.
  2. Serve with toasted almonds.
  3. Serves 6-8.
