Ingredients: 2 handfuls baby spinach leaves,3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar,2 ounces bleu cheese, crumbled,2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled,3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil,1/2 Granny Smith apple, cubed,freshly ground pepper to taste,4 slices purple onion, halved
Instructions:
- Plate two generous servings of baby spinach.Top each salad with onion, apple, bacon and bleu cheese.
- Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar.Season with freshly ground pepper.
