Best Chocolate Chip Cookies – Eat With Your Eyes


Ingredients: 1/2 cup Butter (softened),3/4 cup White Sugar,3/4 cup Brown Sugar,1 Egg,1 tablespoon Water,1/2 teaspoon Vanilla,1 cup Flour,1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda,1 1/2 cups Quick Cooking Oats,6 ounces Chocolate Chips

  1. Preheat oven to 350’F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine butter, sugars, egg, water and vanilla and beat well.
  3. Add dry ingredients and mix well.
  4. Add oats and chocolate chips and mix well.
  5. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto baking tray and bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until light brown.
