Variation: To turn this shake into a Strawberry Sensation, start with 1/2 cup (83 g) frozen strawberries. Add soy milk to cover and blend the mixture a bit. Last, add 3/4 (105 g) cup vegan vanilla ice cream.

To make a Peanut Butter Shake, simply add 1 tablespoon peanut butter to the standard shake recipe.

Try pulsing in chocolate chips, toasted nuts, crunchy cookies and other fun things for a few seconds after the shake is fully blended. It adds wonderful crunch and flavor.
