Ingredients: 2 carrots, minced,2 tablespoons chopped dill,1 tablespoon lemon juice,1/2 teaspoon lemon zest,¼ cup mayonnaise,¼ teaspoon pepper,1/3 cup finely chopped red bell pepper,1/2 teaspoon salt,2 scallions, minced,8 ounces – Sour Cream
Instructions:

  1. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, lemon zest, chopped dill, minced scallions, minced carrots, chopped bell pepper, salt, and pepper.Refrigerate.
  2. Serve with vegetables, crackers, or whatever else you want.
