Ingredients
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 cup honey
- 4 cups water
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
- Ice cubes
- Lemon slices and mint sprigs for garnish
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, heat honey and 1 cup of water over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until honey is completely dissolved.
- In a pitcher, combine lemon juice, honey mixture, and remaining 3 cups of water.
- Gently crush mint leaves with your hands to release their aroma, then add to the pitcher.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to infuse the flavors.
- When ready to serve, fill glasses with ice cubes and pour in lemonade.
