Apple Cobbler

Ingredients
- 1/4
cup (60 ml) water - 2 (20-oz [566-g]) cans apple pie filling
- 11/2 tsp (4 g) ground cinnamon, divided
- 1 (15.25-oz [432-g]) box yellow cake mix
- 1/2
cup (114 g) unsalted butter, melted - Vanilla ice cream, for serving
Instructions
Place the water into the Instant Pot insert and top with the apple pie filling and 1⁄2 teaspoon of the cinnamon.
In a small mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, butter and remaining cinnamon until crumbly.
Top the apples with the cake mixture and seal with the lid.
Turn the valve to the sealing position. Turn the Instant Pot on manual, high pressure for 10 minutes. Release the pressure manually by carefully moving the valve to venting.
Serve with vanilla ice cream.
