Ingredients:
- 1 mango, peeled, pitted, and coarsely chopped (about 1 cup)
- 1 cup whole milk or low-fat plain yogurt
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- Ice cubes, for serving
Instructions:
- 1. In a blender, combine mango, yogurt, sugar, and 1/2 cup cold water. Pour through a fine sieve (to remove pulp), if desired. Serve immediately over ice.
