Mango-Yogurt Drink – Eat With Your Eyes

Ingredients:

  • 1 mango, peeled, pitted, and coarsely chopped (about 1 cup)
  • 1 cup whole milk or low-fat plain yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • Ice cubes, for serving

Instructions:

  1. 1. In a blender, combine mango, yogurt, sugar, and 1/2 cup cold water. Pour through a fine sieve (to remove pulp), if desired. Serve immediately over ice.
