Ingredients: 1/2 cup butter softened,2/3 cup white sugar,1 egg,1 egg white,1/4 tsp vanilla,1 2/3 cup all-purpose flour,3/4 tsp baking powder,1/4 tsp salt
Instructions:
- Use a stand mixer if you have one and cream together the butter and sugar.
- Add in the egg and vanilla. Stire well.
- Stir in the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Mix well.
- Cover with plastic wrap and chill overnight if possible. If not, chill for at least an hour.
- Roll out the dough to 1/4 inch thickness and use cookie cutters to make perfectly shaped sugar cookies.
- Bake on 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 7-8 minutes.
