Red, White, and Blue Fruit Salsa – Eat With Your Eyes

Ingredients: 1 pint blueberries,16oz container of strawberries, diced,1 cup sweetened shredded coconut,1 tsp lime juice,2 tbsp strawberry jam,Freedom Chips
Instructions:

  1. Mix berries and coconut together in a medium bowl.
  2. Add lime juice and strawberry jam.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for atleast an hour before serving.
  4. Serve as an appetizer with Freedom Chips.
