Head to this new Turkish steakhouse and all-day eatery that has opened its doors in Dubai, on Jumeirah’s Al Wasl Road
There is a new casual dining destination in Dubai, boasting a fuss-free, authentic Turkish-inspired menu and a warm and friendly ambience.
From traditional Turkish breakfasts with over 16 hearty options and a fine selection of juicy meats and mouthwatering mezze, to an in-house butchery, bakery and patisserie and signature coffee bar, Ruby is a new homegrown Turkish steakhouse and all-day eatery that invites diners to indulge in aromatic dishes for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
When you walk into the space, expect to be greeted by rich wood interiors, avant-garde artworks and a gorgeous al fresco dining space. Red accents, including custom-made crystal glasses, chairs and tiles are a subtle ode to the name of the restaurant.
A team of 12 Turkish chefs with a wealth of experience, led by Head Chef Mücahit Kaynak, give the diverse Ottoman-inspired yet international menu a stamp of authenticity. Their creativity is on full display through a live kitchen and on the restaurant floor, where a wide selection of steaks, kebabs, lamb racks and other cuts of meat are cooked over charcoal and then brought tableside for a spot of theatrical carving.
Homemade desserts and bread of all shapes, sizes and flavours are freshly baked in the restaurant every day and can be enjoyed with a signature specialty coffee drink made by the in-house barista.
Barring the locally-sourced produce and meats, all the other ingredients are flown in from Turkey, including spices, cold cuts, cheese, flour, oils, jams and signature breakfast items.
