Melt hearts this holiday with a festive Valentine’s Day S’mores Tray. With toasty marshmallows, chocolate graham crackers, and oodles of heart-shaped treats, there’s s’more than enough love to go around!
Valentine’s Day S’mores Tray
Gather your loved ones around. The s’mores the merrier with this sweet Valentine’s treat! We’ve got heart-shaped goodies (and puns, it would seem) for days. While the star of this love fest is the ooey-gooey, marshmallowy Pink Peanut Butter S’mores Dip, the supporting cast is pretty great, too. Check it out!
Build the S’mores Tray
Before you assemble the tray, preheat the oven to 375°F for the Pink Peanut Butter S’mores Dip. Now let’s put together the rest of the tray!
First, using a heart-shaped cookie cutter, cut the S’mores Mallows into hearts. Then place an empty mini heart-shaped skillet (or mini round skillet!) on the tray to use as a place holder, along with a bowl of Valentine’s S’mores Snack Mix. Arrange all of the Valentine-inspired s’more ingredients on the tray.
Remove the empty skillet from the tray to prepare the Pink Peanut Butter S’mores dip.
Make the Pink Peanut Butter S’mores Dip
First, spray the mini heart or mini round cast iron skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Next, fill the skillet with a single layer of Reese’s Peanut Butter Pink Hearts and then place the skillet on a baking pan. Bake for about 3 minutes or until the peanut butter hearts just start to melt. Top with the mini marshmallows and return to the oven to bake until the marshmallows are toasted on top (about 5 minutes). You could also use a torch to toast the marshmallows.
Carefully add the Pink Peanut Butter S’mores Dip to the tray (It will be hot!) and garnish with heart sprinkles. Use the graham crackers or mini pretzels to dip in and be prepared to be blown away, in the best way! It’s serious s’mores deliciousness, y’all!
S’More Love
Enjoy this s’mores tray fireside or around a fire pit with plenty of long skewers to toast the marshmallows with. If you don’t have a fireplace or fire pit handy, no worries, you can toast the marshmallows with a s’mores maker, in a 375°F oven for about 5 minutes, over a gas burner on the stove, in the microwave for just a few seconds, or with a chef’s torch. Just remember to be super careful, especially with the kids, when toasting marshmallows over an open flame of fire!
This s’mores tray is such a great way to celebrate Valentine’s Day with your loved ones. It’s all about s’more togetherness and making sweet memories!
