Ingredients: 1 cup almonds (dry and salted, chopped),3/4 cup butter,1 cup dark chocolate (Xocai Sipping Xocolate),2 whole egg whites,1/2 cup sugar (or other sweetener),1 tsp vanilla,2 whole large eggs,1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray a 9″x13″ pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Heat butter in a 3-quart saucepan over low heat. Stir in ” X Power Squares” and “Nuggets” until smooth.
- Remove from heat.
- Add sugar and vanilla, stirring until well blended.
- Whisk in eggs, one at a time.
- Add egg whites. Fold in flour and nuts.
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Bake 30 minutes.
- Serves 24
