Happy JULY, everyone! Can we agree that July is the best month of summer? The weather’s warm (or super hot if you live anywhere in the States right now) there’s still plenty of summer left, and the produce is literally amazing. During hot summer days I crave all things fresh, flavorful and colorful.
I’m all about smoothies, big salads, and veggie-packed snacks these days, which is the perfect way to use seasonal ingredients!
