Bunny Eggs Kids Breakfast – Eat With Your Eyes

Ingredients: 12 slices bacon,12 fresh blueberries,2 extra large eggs,2 large slices mild cheddar cheese, cut into thin strips
Instructions:

  1. Cook bacon in large skillet until crisp.
  2. Remove bacon from skillet, reserving 1 tablespoon drippings in skillet.
  3. Drain bacon on paper towels.
  4. Add 3 eggs to reserved drippings; cover. Cook 4 to 6 minutes or until whites are opaque and completely set and yolks are beginning to thicken around edges.
  5. Remove eggs to individual serving plates; keep warm. Repeat with remaining eggs.For each bunny, place 2 bacon strips on egg for ears.
  6. Cut cheese strips in half to create whiskers; add blueberries for eyes.
