Creamy White Chili – Eat With Your Eyes


Ingredients: 2 teaspoons black pepper,1 (15.5 oz.) can Great Northern beans, drained,1 pound cubed chicken,1 (14 oz.) can chicken broth,1 teaspoon cumin,1 clove garlic,1 (4.5oz.) can green chilies, drained,½ cup heavy whipping cream,1 tablespoon olive oil,1 small onion, chopped,1 teaspoon oregano,1/2 teaspoon salt,1 cup shredded cheddar cheese for garnish,1 cup sour cream

  1. In heavy saucepan, saut chicken, onion, and garlic in olive oil.When chicken is cooked, add broth, beans, chilies, and seasonings.Simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and add sour cream and whipping cream.Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
