Ingredients:
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut each chicken breast in half horizontally to make 8 thin pieces of chicken.
- In a shallow dish, mix together the bread crumbs and grated parmesan cheese.
- Place the flour and beaten eggs into separate shallow dishes.
