- 1 pound pizza dough
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Divide the pizza dough into 12 equal pieces.
- Roll each piece into a rope about 8 inches (20 cm) long.
- Tie each rope into a knot and tuck the ends under.
- Place the knots on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
