  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats

  • 1/4 cup chopped dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, apricots)
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • pinch of salt


  1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Mix well with a spoon or your hands until thoroughly combined.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to help them set.
  4. Use a cookie scoop or your hands to form the mixture into balls.
