Refreshing Lemon Mint Tea Recipe

This lemon mint tea recipe is perfect for a hot summer day. It’s refreshing and has a nice citrus flavor that’s perfectly complemented by the mint. It’s also super easy to make and requires only a few ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups water
  • 4 tea bags (black tea, green tea, or a combination of both)
  • 1 small lemon, sliced
  • A handful of mint leaves
  • Honey or sugar, to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a small pot, bring the water to a boil.
  2. Remove from heat and add the tea bags, lemon slices, and mint leaves. Stir gently.
  3. Cover the pot and let the tea steep for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Remove the tea bags and strain the tea into a pitcher or a jug.
  5. Add honey or sugar to taste, stirring until it’s dissolved.
  6. Cool the tea in the fridge for at least an hour.
  7. Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves and lemon slices, if desired.
