Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup popcorn kernels
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese powder
- 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
1. Pop the popcorn kernels using your preferred method (microwave or stovetop).
2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the smoked paprika, garlic powder, jalapeño pepper, and salt. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
3. In a large bowl, combine the popcorn and the butter mixture. Toss to coat the popcorn evenly.
4. Add the cheddar cheese powder to the bowl and toss again until the popcorn is evenly coated.
