Goat Cheese Pesto Pizza – Eat With Your Eyes

Ingredients: 1 prepared pizza shell, 14 inches,1 cup pesto,1 cup diced Tomatoes,1 package of crumbled goat cheese, Alouette Provencal variety
Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Spread pesto evenly over the top of the pizza crust.
  3. Sprinkle diced tomato over pesto.
  4. Top with crumbled goat cheese
  5. Bake in oven for 12-15 minutes until pizza crust edges begin to brown.
  6. Cut in wedges and serve
