Ingredients:
- 1 lb. of ground lamb
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1 cup of feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 tsp of dried oregano
- 1 tsp of dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp of red pepper flakes
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- Heat some olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion and both bell peppers and cook until the vegetables are soft, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the garlic and cook for 1 more minute.
- Add the ground lamb to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it up into small pieces with a wooden spoon.
