Katie’s Unforgettable Salsa – Eat With Your Eyes

Ingredients: 1 medium size green pepper,1 medium size onion,1 jalapeño (or more to taste),2 cloves of garlic,2 cups cilantro (to taste),1 large can whole peeled tomatoes (don’t drain),1 small can tomato paste (I use ½ can),1 teaspoon salt,1 teaspoon pepper,1 teaspoon Italian spice,1 teaspoon sugar
Instructions:

  1. Quarter green pepper and peel and quarter onion. Take ends off jalapeo and toss all 3 ingredients into food processor.
  2. Add cilantro and peel garlic cloves and add them into the processor as well. Pulse about 30 seconds and add remaining ingredients. Whir for about one minute or until desired consistency.
