What’s better than ringing in the New Year with friends and family? Doing it with a delicious cheese and charcuterie board that’s sure to impress the crowd! This New Year’s Eve Cheese Board is full of fruits, nuts, crackers, my favorite cheeses and of course, cookies! Fortune cookies are always a huge hit in my family! I even got these cute chocolate covered stars from the grocery store! Serve with champagne for a fun and festive New Year’s Eve experience!

What Do I Need to Make a New Year’s Eve Cheese Board?

  • blackberries
  • aged white cheddar cheese
  • pepper jack cheese
  • dill havarti cheese
  • blackberry jam preserves
  • honey
  • black grapes
  • seeded parmesan crisps
  • cracked pepper wafer crackers
  • peppered salami
  • salami chips
  • star shaped crackers
  • popcorn
  • candied pecans
  • fortune cookies
  • dark chocolate star shaped cookies
  • 20″ round wood board
  • Charcuterie utensils
  • Ceramic Number Bowls (number cookie cutters work great, too: 2, 3, 0)

How to Make a New Year’s Eve Cheese Board

  • Fill 2023 numbered-bowls (or large number shaped cookie cutters) with blackberries and cheese cubes
  • Add small bowls of honey and blackberry jam preserves
  • Arrange cheese wedges and cheese slices around the board
  • Place a few bunches of black grapes on the board
  • Add a variety of crackers, peppered salami, salami chips, popcorn and nuts
  • Finally, garnish the board with fortune cookies and star shaped cookies
