US chef Gavin Kaysen is back for a fifth edition of The Synergy Series of dinners, which he hosts at his Spoon and Stable restaurant in Minneapolis, this time welcoming four talented chefs from Los Angeles and New York.
On this season’s guest list are chefs Mei Lin, James Kent, Curtis Stone, and Marcus Samuelson, who will each join the Spoon and Stable culinary team in a series of collaborative dinners, beginning on 21 July and closing on 2 December.
“With each of these chefs, our lives and careers have crossed paths in significant and meaningful ways. I am excited to welcome them to Spoon and Stable for our 5th edition of Synergy! The support from our guests and sponsors has us invigorated to continue this series. We are grateful, and we look forward to welcoming these chefs and serving our guests together,” said Kaysen.
Each of the dinners will allow the guest chef to showcase their culinary style with ingredients and collaboration provided by the Spoon and Stable team. While each menu will feature dishes from both kitchens with a portion of the proceeds benefiting The Constellation Fund, a group dedicated to fighting poverty in the Twin Cities.
In addition to the dinner, each chef will also share their personal and professional stories in a town hall-style dialogue, which will be streamed online with Finedininglovers.com and hosted in-person at the new Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis.
