Ingredients: 32-34 Xocai Healthy Chocolate Nuggets,1/2 cup coconut,3 cups oats,1 tbsp Peanut Butter (Natural Peanut Butter),1 can sweetened condensed milk (fat-free),1 tsp vanilla
Instructions:
- Melt Nuggets in slow-melt low-temp pot (110-degree limit). When melted, stir in vanilla and peanut or almond butter.
- Mix together in same pot until smooth. In large bowl combine oats and coconut. Set aside.
- Add sweetened condensed milk to the hot mixture. Stir until mixture is smooth.
- Add hot mixture to oats.
- Mix until all oats are covered. Drop spoonfuls on top cookie sheet covered with parchment or wax paper. Refrigerate or serve at room temperature. Makes 24 candies
