What Do I Need to Make Flourless Fudge Brownie Bites?

  • Unsalted butter
  • Chocolate chips (semi-sweet or dark)
  • Granulated sugar
  • Eggs
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Flaky sea salt, for garnishing (optional)
  • Microwave safe mixing bowl
  • Whisk
  • Mini Muffin Tin

How to Make Flourless Fudge Brownie Bites

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly spray a 24-cup mini muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
  • Place the butter and chocolate chips in a large microwave- safe bowl. Heat in the microwave for 60 to 90 seconds, whisking every 30 seconds, until the chocolate chips are melted and smooth.
  • Whisk in the sugar.
  • Add the eggs, one at a time, and whisk until smooth.

  • Add the cocoa powder and stir until well incorporated. Scoop the batter evenly among the prepared muffin cups, filling each one almost full.
  • Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, rotating the pan halfway through.
  • Remove the brownie bites from the oven and immediately sprinkle each bite with a little flaky sea salt.
  • Let the brownie bites cool completely in the pan. To remove, run a sharp knife around the edge of each bite and pop it out of the muffin cup.
