Ingredients:
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. ground coriander
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, parsley, mint, dill, garlic, egg, lemon zest and juice, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, salt and black pepper. Mix well with your hands.
- Scoop the mixture into about 20 balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
