A quick and easy hot salsa dip with plenty of melted feta cheese!

  • 2 cups salsa
  • 6 ounces feta (a block)
  1. Pour the salsa into an oven safe pan, place the feta on top, and bake in a preheated 400F/200C oven until the feta is golden brown and the salsa is bubbling, about 20 minutes.

Option: Sprinkle a pinch of oregano on the feta before baking.
Option: Sprinkle a pinch of red pepper flakes on the feta before baking.
Option: Use slices of chevre or goat cheese instead of feta.
Option: Top the baked salsa with extras such as, chopped cilantro, sliced green onions, sliced avocado, sliced jalapenos, sliced olives, shredded lettuce, cooked and crumbled bacon, etc, after baking.
