Baked Halibut – Eat With Your Eyes

Ingredients: Flour, cracker crumbs, or bread crumbs,2 sticks butter,1 1/2 pounds Halibut, cut into 4-6 pieces,1/2 cup mayonnaise,Chopped onion,Parsley flakes,Pepper,Pepper,Salt,1 cup sour cream,1 cup white wine
Instructions:

  1. Marinate fish in white wine for 15-30 minutes.
  2. Drain on paper towel.
  3. Roll the fish in melted butter and then in bread crumbs and put in a baking pan.
