Easter Sugar Cookie Bars – Eat With Your Eyes

Ingredients: 1 egg,1 egg white,1 cup sugar,2 1/2 cups flour,1/2 cup butter melted,1 1/2 tbsp sour cream,1 tsp vanilla,1/2 tsp almond extract,1/2 tsp baking powder,1/2 tsp salt,1 11oz chocolate chips White, Ghiradelli,1 bag M&Ms,Sprinkles,Sprinkles,Sprinkles
Instructions:

  1. Heat the oven to 37
  2. Line a 9×13 baking dish with foil and coat with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Add butter and sugar to a mixer and stir until creamy.
  4. Add egg, egg white, sour cream, vanilla extract, and almond extract.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Add in flour, salt, and baking powder.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Pour mixture into a 9×13 baking dish. Cover with M&Ms and sprinkles and bake for 18-20 minutes.
  9. Remove from the oven and place on a cooling rack for 1 hour.
  10. Cut into bars and serve.
