Ingredients
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
- 6 cups water
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the lemon juice and honey. Stir until the honey is dissolved.
- Add the mint leaves to the pitcher and use a wooden spoon to muddle them gently, releasing their flavor.
- Add the water to the pitcher and stir well.
- Refrigerate the lemonade for at least 1 hour, or until chilled.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the lemonade over the ice.
- Garnish with extra mint leaves and lemon slices, if desired.
