Ingredients
- 6 cups water
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 5 lemons)
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup ouzo
- Ice cubes
- Lemon slices and mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, whisk together the water, lemon juice, and honey until the honey dissolves.
- Add the ouzo and stir to combine.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the Ouzo Lemonade over the ice.
- Garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves and serve.
Notes
If you don’t have ouzo, you can substitute it for another anise-flavored liquor or leave it out entirely for a non-alcoholic version. Adjust the amount of honey to your liking based on how sweet your lemons are.
