Greek Style Grilled Chicken Salad

Greek Style Grilled Chicken Salad

A Greek style salad with tomatoes, cucumber, onion, olives, feta and Greek dressing with grilled chicken!

The Greek style salad is one of my favourite salads, especially with a tasty Greek salad dressing and things only get better when you add some grilled chicken, say Greek grilled chicken! This salad is so easy to make! It starts with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, kalamata olives and feta which are all tossed with the dressing! You can do all of the prep work for this meal ahead of time making for a super quick light meal. Make the dressing a day ahead and either marinate the chicken and cook it a day ahead or grill it on the day that you are making the salad. No matter how you make this Greek style grilled chicken salad, it’s super quick and easy and it tastes great!
