I love a happy accident! I made these adorable Holiday Cheer Brownie Bites one afternoon when I found myself with a bunch of leftover ingredients from another festive holiday recipe. How cute are they? They’re so easy to make and they’re a great holiday activity for the whole family!

These Christmas brownie bites are perfect for last minute treats to share with your kids. You can make these brownie bites from store-bought two-bite brownies, a mix, or your favorite brownie recipe. The choice is yours!

One Bowl Fudge Brownies

How to Make Brownie Bites

To make brownie bites from a brownie box mix:

  • Spray a mini muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Preheat the oven according to the box instructions and then spray a mini muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Follow the instructions on the box for mixing with the water, oil and egg.
  • Spoon the batter into the prepared mini muffin pan until each mini muffin cup is 3/4 full. The number of brownie bites you will get depends on the size of the box mix.
  • Bake for 11-12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the centers comes out clean.
  • Allow to cool completely before removing the brownie bites from the pan and making Holiday Cheer Brownie Bites.

To make brownie bites from your favorite brownie recipe:

  • Preheat the oven according to the recipe instructions and then spray a mini muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Follow the recipe instructions.
  • Spoon the batter into the prepared mini muffin pan until each mini muffin cup is 3/4 full. The number of brownie bites you will get depends on the amount of brownie batter the recipe makes.
  • Bake for 11-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean. Allow to cool fully before making Holiday Cheer Brownie Bites.

Strawberry Santa Hat Brownie Bites

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Wash and dry the strawberries and then slice off the stems. 
  2. Fill a resealable baggie or piping bag with a decorating tip and then fill with whipped vanilla frosting.
  3. Squeeze some frosting onto the top of each brownie bite. 
  4. Top with a pointed strawberry. 
  5. Squeeze a dollop of frosting on the top of the strawberry.

Hershey’s Candy Cane Kiss Brownie Bites

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Fill a resealable baggie or piping bag with a decorating tip and then fill with whipped vanilla frosting.
  2. Squeeze some frosting onto the top of each brownie bite.
  3. Place a Hershey’s kiss on the frosting.

Rudolph Brownie Bites

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Arrange brownie bites on a plate or serving platter. 
  2. Using a sharp knife, cut pretzels in half. These will be the reindeer antlers.
  3. Using a toothpick to dab a bit of frosting on the back of two candy eyeballs.
  4. Place the eyeballs on the brownie bite.
  5. Push two pretzel haves into the brownie just above where the eyeballs are placed for the antlers.
  6. Add a dab of frosting to the back of one red M&M and place it on the brownie bite as Rudolph’s nose.
