Homemade Macaroni and Cheese Muffin Cups – Eat With Your Eyes

Ingredients: ¾ cup Stella Asiago cheese,½ cup bread crumbs,1 Tbsp butter,½ cup cheddar cheese,1 egg,2 cups elbow macaroni (uncooked),1 cup milk,¾ cup Stella Parmesan cheese,2 tsp pepper,1 tsp salt (separate into ½ tsp)
Instructions:

  1. Heat the oven to 35
  2. Take a muffin tin and prepare it. Take a medium sized pot and boil water with tsp of salt. Once boiling, add elbow macaroni and cook for 8 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat, drain, and place back into the pot.
  4. Add cheddar, cup Parmesan, cup Asiago cheese, egg, butter, remaining salt and pepper and stir well. Stir in milk.Scoop Macaroni and Cheese into the muffin tin. Once all of the tin is full, sprinkle bread crumbs and remaining cheese onto the tops.
  5. Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes.
