- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 medium zucchini, sliced
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Directions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Brush mixture onto chicken breasts.
